The University of Florida’s Astronomy Department is one of the largest in the country. Research is an integral part of the graduate program. Students have opportunities to work with faculty and staff on a broad range of astronomical problems using in-house, national and international, and ground- and space-based facilities. Support for graduate studies is available through fellowships, research assistantships, and teaching assistantships.
