  • Educational Studies Minor

    Hours: 15 credits minimum, all completed with minimum grades of C

    The minor in educational studies provides students with an understanding of the purpose and function of education and the social and psychological forces that affect young people. It is not intended as a path to teacher certification.

    Students must obtain the approval of their college on the application for minor and they must submit the form to G-416 Normal Hall. They must apply for the minor after earning 45 hours and before earning 100 hours. A minimum 2.0 GPA is required and all courses must be taken at UF.
