    Global Leadership and Change
    Focuses on global community challenges as we face a population predicted to exceed nine billion people by the year 2050. The program empowers students to take action in addressing the unstructured, complex, and adaptive world challenges in sustainable development and food security. 10
    Environmental Horticulture Management Offered via distance learning; provides a background in the sustainable ornamental horticulture practices used in the greenhouse/nursery and/or landscape industries. 15
    Family Life Education Prepares students to become certified family life educators; can be completed as part of the family, youth and community sciences major. 38
    Geomatics Offered via distance learning; enables individuals without a bachelor's degree in geomatics or a similar field to complete the necessary academic coursework required for licensure as a professional surveyor and mapper (PSM). 15
    Landscape Pest Management Offers training to place-bound employees of the landscape management and pest control industries who desire advanced training in landscape pests. 15-16
    Medical Entomology Offers place-bound employees working in mosquito control, public health and related areas who required advanced training on medically important arthropods the option to complete a program through distance education. 15
    Personal and Family Financial Planning Creates a foundation in personal and family financial planning and addresses the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Board of Standards education requirement for the certification examination. 18
    Pest Control Technology Awarded upon completion of specific coursework that satisfies the academic requirements of Florida state statute 482. Requires a year's employment to qualify to take the licensing exam. 24
    Urban Pest Management Offers training to place-bound employees of the pest control and related industries who desire advanced training in household, structural and nuisance pests, including identification and management. 15
