Department Information
Undergraduate students in the Department of History come to the program as four-year residential students, PaCE students, and as transfers from Florida state colleges and out-of-state institutions. They join a large, diverse, and active community of faculty, graduate students, and undergraduates. Program highlights include a vibrant Honors Program, engaged student organizations, and numerous opportunities for undergraduate research.

Requirements
- Only 3 credits may be taken at the 1000/2000 level
- Transfer students must take at least 9 credits of history at UF.
- All 15 credits for the minor must be taken in courses with the prefix AFH, AMH, ASH, EUH, HIS, LAH, or WOH
- Students must complete a minimum of 6 credits of coursework exclusive to the minor that cannot count toward the major(s) or other minors.
